The courses are conducted through correspondence mainly with empanelled tutorial centers which can assist students who are preparing for the various programs. To be eligible for applying for the foundation course, one needs to have appeared for the higher secondary or equivalent examination; they are obliged to provide proof of passing such an examination within six months into the foundation course.
